उद्या पासुण 10 वी 12 वीच्या परिक्षा आणि संचारबंदी आदेश

2025 मध्ये होत असून परीक्षेमध्ये गैरप्रकार टाळण्यासाठी, परीक्षा कॉपीमुक्त करण्याकरिता तसेच परीक्षा केंद्राच्या परिसरात शांतता तसेच कायदा व सुव्यवस्था अबाधित राखण्यासाठी जिल्हादंडाधिकारी अविनाश पाठक यांनी फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 चे कलम 144 (2) अन्वये परीक्षा केंद्राच्या 100 मीटर परिसरात

दि. 11 फेब्रुवारी, 2025 ते 18 मार्च, 2025 या कालावधीत परिक्षेच्या वेळेच्या 1 तास आगोदर ते परीक्षा संपेपर्यंतच्या कालावधीत परीक्षा केंद्राच्या परिसरात व परिक्षेचे साहित्य ठेवलेल्या ठिकाणी मनाई आदेश जारी केले आहेत.

परिक्षा शांततेच्या वातावरणात पार पाडण्यासाठी परिक्षा चालू असतांना परीक्ष न देणारे विद्याथी आणि इतर काही घटक परिक्षा केंद्राच्या परिसरात परिक्षा चालू असतांना उपद्रव करित असतात.

परिक्षा चालू असतांना कॉपी देण्याचा प्रयत्न करतात तसेच परिसरातील झेराक्स सेंटरचा कॉपी पुरविण्यासाठी दूरूपयोग होण्याची शक्यता लक्षात घेता..

परिक्षा देणा-य विद्यार्थ्यांना व परिक्षेसाठी नियुक्त अधिकारी, कर्मचारी यांना बाहेरील व्यक्तींचा त्रास होऊ नये इयत्ता 12 व दहावीच्या परिक्षा केंद्राच्या ठिकाणी व परिक्षा केंद्राच्या 100 मिटर परिसरात फौज्दारी प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 चे कलम 144 (2) करण्यात आले आहे.

या परीक्षा केंद्राच्या परिसरात 144 कलम जारी केला असून परीक्षा केंद्राच्या परिसरात 100 मीटर अंतरापर्यंत शासकीय कर्तव्ये पार पाडणाऱ्या अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, परीक्षार्थी यांच्या व्यवतिरिक्त दोन किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त व्यक्ती एकत्र येण्यास, फोटोकॉपी, ई-मेल, इंटरनेट सुविधा, इतर दळणवळण, संदेश वहन साधने

तसेच कोणत्याही व्यक्तीजवळ मोबाईल, वायरलेस सेट, कॅल्क्युलेटर, लॅपटॉप, संगणक बाळगण्यास, एस.टी.डी.आय.एस.डी मशिन, ध्वनीक्षेपक वाजविण्यास प्रतिबंध करण्यात आला आहे.

शासकीय परिक्षेसंबधीत कर्मचायांच्या व विद्यार्थ्यांच्या वाहना व्यतिरीक्त इतर बनाधिकृत वाहनांना परिक्षा केंद्राच्या 100 मिटर परिसरात येण्यास प्रतिबंध करण्यात आला आहे.

हे आदेश कोणत्याही धार्मिक कार्यक्रम तसेच अंत्ययात्रा यासाठी लागू राहणार नाहीत

“Section 144 implemented around 10th and 12th examination centers

Beed, 10 (Dist. Inf. Office): -The secondary and higher secondary examinations are being held in February and March 2025 in the district. To prevent malpractice, ensure the exams are copy-free, and maintain peace and order around examination centers, District Collector Avinash Pathak has issued prohibitory orders under Section 144 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. These orders will be effective within a 100-meter radius of the examination centers from 1 hour before the exam until the end of the exam, from February 11, 2025, to March 18, 2025.

To conduct the exams in a peaceful environment, it is necessary to prevent non-examinees and other elements from creating disturbances around the examination centers during the exams. There have been instances where attempts are made to provide copies, and misuse of nearby xerox centers for copying purposes is possible. Therefore, to ensure that examinees and appointed officers and staff do not face any disturbance from outsiders, Section 144 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, has been implemented within a 100-meter radius of the 10th and 12th examination centers.

Under this section, it is prohibited for more than two persons, other than officials on government duty, examinees, and staff, to gather within a 100-meter radius of the examination centers. It is also prohibited to carry mobile phones, wireless sets, calculators, laptops, computers, or use photocopy, email, internet facilities, other communication, and message transmission means. Additionally, unauthorized vehicles, except those of government officials and examinees, are restricted within this radius. These orders will not apply to any religious programs or funerals.
